Issue: Commissioners court has directed a quarterly payroll sweep. Allocation of funding for the Webb County Sheriff's Administration office remodeling project in order to finish project modifications.

Solution: Complete second quarterly payroll sweep.

Result: Savings for Operational Reserve and funds for Change Order No. 2 will be available to finish project modifications.

Issue: Webb County's current contract with AT&T for IPFlexs services will be expiring.

Solution: Sign all relevant documents to enter into a new service agreement with AT&T.

Result: Webb County will have continued IPFlexs services.

Amber Lecea 12/11/2023:REG Discussion and possible action to approve Twenty-Five (25) Licenses for the Webb County District Attorney’s Office regarding “Windows Intune Microsoft 365 Enterprise Product”, a cloud based file management software, in an amount not to exceed Two Thousand Six Hundred Four Dollars ($2,604.00) and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Microsoft currently provides licensing services for a multitude of software applications to Webb County; however, the District Attorney’s office needs specific licenses to use be able to use a Microsoft cloud-based file management system (Enterprise product).
 
Solution: Enter into an agreement for twenty-five (25) additional licenses for the District Attorney’s Office to use a Cloud Based file Management System developed by Microsoft.
