Discussion and possible action to enter into an online Credit Card Processing and Payment Collection Service Agreement between Webb County and Bridge-Pay Network Solutions, LLC., for the Water Utilities Department for collection and processing of credit card utility payments by our residents. The term of the agreement shall be for one (1) year, starting on or about September 1, 2021 and/or the actual start date of the first credit card transaction at the rate of .10 cents per transaction; and authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
