Pipeline Right-of-Way Easement lease extension and renewal agreement and acceptance of the renewal fee check from Meritage Midstream Services, LLC., commencing September 27, 2021 thru September 26, 2031 at the original easement rate of $15.00 per foot per year plus the additional 2021 ten year (10 yr.) CPI rental rate increases as per the lease terms, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
