Discussion and possible action to approve a Memorandum of Agreement between Laredo College and Webb County for it’s Webb County Headstart-Early Head-Start Programs to improve literacy levels to provide English as a Second Language (ESL), English Language Civics and High School Equivalency (HSE) classes to Webb County Citizens and their children at the various Webb County Headstart Early Headstart class locations, for a two (2) year term, commencing September 1, 2021 thru August 31, 2023, at no cost to the County; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
