Discussion and possible action to approve the posting and filling of the following slots, as well any remaining vacant slot created by promoting from within, subject to the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines, as well as any and all Wage Plan Policies, effective November 22, 2021:

Issue: Slot #0264 will become vacant on November 18, 2021. The Legal Assistant slot may be filled from within, thus, creating a vacant Administrative Clerk position. Slot #0273 will become vacant on November 30, 2021.

Solution: Request is being made to post and fill the vacant slots and any remaining vacant slot created by promoting from within.

Result: This action will allow our department to potentially promote from within, fill the remaining vacant slots, and allow our department to continue to function efficiently and effectively.
