Discussion and possible action to accept award ARP 2201 (22) 107_21 and enter into an agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for Webb County Community Action Agency - El Aguila Rural transportation in the amount of SEVEN HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN DOLLARS ($777.00) and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. This grant does NOT require a County Match. All required documentation has been submitted to the Economic Development Department for review and the solicitation is compliant with Webb County (SPOC) Single Point of Contact procedures. [Requested by James Flores, CAA Executive Director]

Issue: El Aguila Rural Transportation is a grant funded agency.

Solution: Federal grant fund acceptance will benefit operational expenses.

Result: Continuation of transportation services throughout the rural areas of Webb County
