Discussion and possible action authorizing Purchasing Agent to add one (1) new cell phone device including data services for the Webb County District Clerk's Central Jury Room pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102, Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing Program DIR Agreement TSO-3420 at a monthly rate of $39.99 plus surcharges and other related fees per line with AT&T FirstNet plan and subject to annual budgetary appropriations. Issue: A cell phone for the Central Jury Room is necessary to receive confirmations of all the notifications sent to potential jurors. At this time, all confirmations are going to the personal cell phone of the Chief Deputy.

Solution: Purchase a cell phone specifically for Jury use.

Result: Approve the purchase of a cell phone for the Central Jury Room to relieve the personal cell phone of the Chief Deputy.
