Discussion and possible action to approve, by order, a budget line item transfer in the amount of $267,940.17 from the Operational Reserve - Payroll Savings effective September 30, 2021, and transfer out to Election Service Contracts; and any other matters incident thereto. [Fund #2010 (Election Service Contracts)]

Issue: Bank Reconciliations are pending since November 2020. General ledger records show a cash fund deficit of $267,940.47.

Solution: Budget amendment and transfer of funds from General Fund is needed to complete bank reconciliations and eliminate cash fund deficit thru September 30, 2021.

Result: Elections Office bank account will be reconciled and cash fund deficit eliminated.
