Discussion and possible action to approve a One year renewal of the Annual Cloud Subscription and Maintenance Support Agreement between Webb County and Trac-N-Trol Inc./Flowatch on behalf of the Utilities Department, for cloud based monitoring and providing the Utilities Department with Flowatch/(S.W.M.O.R.S.) surface water monthly operating report system for a one year (1yr.) renewal term effective retroactively from October 1, 2021 thru September 30, 2022, at the rate/fee of $20,000.00 per year, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
