Discussion and possible action correct and clarify agenda item 6b which was heard and approved on November 9, 2020, regarding the agreement between Webb County and Deer Oaks EAP Services. Said agenda item should have stated as follows: Discussion and possible action to enter into a two (2) year (October 1, 2020 through September 30, 2022) Employee Assistance Program Services Agreement between Webb County and Deer Oaks EAP Services, LLC to provide counseling services for the Webb County Employees at a total cost of One Dollar and Thirty-Nine Cents ($1.39) per employee per month in an amount not to exceed $25,000 per year throughout the two year term of the agreement, and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
