Discussion and possible action to establish seven new funds as per Texas 87th Legislation Senate Bill 41 Consolidated State Civil Fees that are effective January 1, 2022.

Issue: SB41 requires to establish funds for Justice Court Support, Language Access, Clerk of the Court, Appellate Judicial System, Court Facility Fee, Judicial Education and Support, Public Probate Administrator.

Solution: Establish new funds to record revenue and expenditures as per SB41.

Result: Reporting compliance with State law SB41 for Consolidated State Civil Fees that are effective January 1, 2022.
