Discussion and possible action to amend the Court's action taken on December 13, 2021, Agenda Item #24, by approving a one year parking lease, with three (3) one year options, for five (5) parking spaces (County parking lot, 1200 Washington St.) at One Hundred Dollars per space, payable in arrears and upon invoicing with the U.S. Attorneys Office Southern District of Texas to be effective January 1, 2022 through January 31, 2022 (initial term) instead of February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023 and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Requested by Commissioners Court]
