Issue: The Risk Management Department has been performing the duties to solidify a Wellness/Clinic Operations Program, without the approval the county cannot afford to proceed with the program or pay supplement to manage the Wellness/Clinical Operations Program.

Solution: Request authorization from the court to conduct the needed line item transfer.

Result: The court approval will allow Risk Management to manage, direct, sustain and support an integrated Wellness/Clinical Operations program which will directly benefit the County Employees by providing employees access to a clinic and prescription medication at no cost to them.
