Discussion and possible action to enter into a one year (October 1, 2021 through September 20, 2022) Field System Software Maintenance, Warranty, and Oracle Sublicense Support Agreement with VOTEC Corporation (VOTEC Election Management and Compliance Support) in the amount of Forty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Sixty One Dollars Twenty-Seven Cents ($47,361.27) plus the sum of Twelve Thousand Two Hundred Forty Dollars ($12,240.00) for the Field System Software Support for a combined total of FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ONE DOLLARS TWENTY-SEVEN CENTS ($59,601.27), and any other matters incident thereto and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents. Background:

This will allow the County Elections Administrator to be able to effectively conduct elections as well as complying with all federal and state mandates.
