Discussion and possible action to approve, by Order, and allow the Webb County Elections Administrator to enter into a Joint Primary Election Services Contract with the Democratic and Republican Party Chairs in order for the Webb County Elections Administrator to conduct and supervise the Webb County Primary Election for both parties to be held on March 1, 2022, and, if necessary, their runoff elections to be held May 24, 2022, and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Jose Luis Castillo, Elections Office Administrator]

Background:

This will allow the County Elections Administrator to be able to contract and supervise the Parties’ Primary Elections and possible runoffs for said parties.
