Discussion with possible action to adopt the updated County Travel Policies and Procedures to more accurately reflect actual travel costs; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: The travel policy section 7.0 Lodging needs to be updated to reflect reasonable cost at the most economical rate available.

Solution: Approval of this update will enable Webb County to approve lodging at reasonable cost.

Result: Webb County will have most updated travel policy.
