Discussion and possible action to approve the posting and filling of the following Slot, under the Webb County Integrated Defense Project, Grant Number 212-19-D04. The posting and filling of slot #2916 will be subject to the availability of payroll funds, and any applicable Civil Service Guidelines, as well as any and all Wage Plan Policies, effective February 14, 2022:

Issue: Slot #2916 will become vacant on February 15, 2022.

Solution: Request is being made to post and fill the vacant slot.

Result: This action will allow our department to continue to provide our clients and Assistant Public Defenders consultation services on complex immigration issues and allow our department to continue to function efficiently and effectively.
