Discussion and possible action to approve the closeout and release of retainage in the amount of $6,223.02 to Azar Services L.L.C., (Purchase Order 2021-00006271) for the Casa Blanca Golf Cart Path Project; and authorize the County Judge to sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Project has been completed with a credit in the amount of $21,564.65.

Solution: Approve and release retainage amount and close out project.

Result: Project completion will add to the aesthetics of the Casa Blanca Golf Park.
