Background:

Commissioners Court awarded the Renovation Project to the sole proposer, Quantcorp Construction LLC on 10/25/2021. Construction Company will substantially complete the Project within 305 calendar days from the issuance of the “Notice to Proceed.” Project has been valued engineered to save Webb County $94,453.00. Original Bid Amount was $1,868,135.00
