Discussion and possible action to enter into a Professional Mental Health Consulting Services Agreement between Webb County and PILLAR for the Webb Early Head Start Program. This agreement establishes the terms and conditions under which PILLAR will be providing these mental health consulting services to Webb County. This agreement shall be for a three year (3 yr.) term for three scholastic calendar years commencing December 10, 2021 through December 21, 2024, in accordance with the service treatment fee rates on attached Exhibit “A”, subject to annual budgetary appropriations and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents.
