Discussion and possible action to enter into a bulk water sales agreement for a three month period between Webb County (Webb County Utilities Department) and SUN Coast Resources, Inc. for the sale of potable water from the Rio Bravo Water Treatment Plant in an amount not to exceed 12,000 gallons per day at the following price: Up to 3,000 Gallons/$88.00, plus any additional gallons priced at 1,000 gal./$3.90 (pro-rated) and any matters incident thereto; authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents.

Issue: Company is seeking to purchase Potable Water from the Rio Bravo Water Treatment Plant for the temporary Migrant Tent Center

Solution: Approve the service to Sun Coast Resources.

Result: Provide Service to Company who is contracted out with the Migrant Tent Center.
