Issue: Purchase of equipment for jail to electronically record inmate activities, movement, and proof of presence.

Solution: Approval from the Webb County Commissioners Court to transfer funds from the Fund Balance to Materials & Supplies to purchase Guard1,a real time reporting platform.

Result: The Webb County Jail will benefit by having real time reporting, updates and alerts to improve standard compliance and reduce liability.
