Issue: The Sheriff's Office has several quotes on hold due to low funds in account. The Webb County Jail has an inspection coming up and repairs are needed at the jail in order to comply with Jail Standards.

Solution: Transfer money into mentioned account and proceed with repairs.

Result: Repairs will be done and meet Jail Standards.
