Discussion and possible action to amend the General Order for Department 5100 – Healthcare Plan 20 for stipends paid from RHP 20 Anchor Fund #2002 with no impact to the General Fund, subject to the availability of payroll funds and any applicable Civil Service guidelines, effective April 1, 2022. Issue: The interdepartmental transfer of employee into new slot #2973 caused an existing stipend to stop when the transfer took place. The employee was given a stipend for additional duties assigned related to the 1115 Waiver funded through RHP 20 Anchor Fund.

Solution: Approval from Commissioners Court will allow the employee to continue receiving the stipend in the current slot.

Result: Employee will continue to be compensated for additional duties related to the 1115 Waiver.
