Discussion and possible action to approve a Carryover Request of unobligated funds from the 2019 - 2020 Head Start and Early Head Start federal grant in the amount of $119,420 (federal) with a request for a waiver of the Non-Federal Share requirement. If approved, this carryover request will allow the grantee to utilize unobligated funds in the current fiscal year to purchase two maintenance vans with lifts and classroom supplies.

Background:

Carryover is a process through which unobligated funds remaining at the end of the budget period may be carried forward to another budget period.
