Discussion and possible action to accept a donation from Chevron, as per Local Government Code 81.032, in the amount of $5,000.00 to be utilized in the following line items: Materials & Supplies and Minor Tools and Apparatus. Funding of line item 2929-3140-003-461000 Materials and Supplies, creation of line item 2929-3140-003-460105 Minor Tools and Apparatus, and increase of revenue account 2929-3140-003-357420; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matter incident thereto. [Accounts #2929-3140-003-461000 and #2929-3140-003-460105]

Issue: Donation check issued by Chevron to support the mission of the Webb County Volunteer Fire Department.

Solution: Deposit money accordingly, $2,500.00 into Materials and Supplies, and $2,500.00 into Minor Tools and Apparatus.

Result: Continue working relationship with Chevron, and meet department needs.
