Discussion and possible action to approve the salary adjustments submitted in February for consideration to be effective April 1, 2022 as per county policy; with additional action to approve the budget amendment in the amount not to exceed $27,000 to all payroll line items required; and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: As per county policy, salary adjustments are submitted during budget and in February for consideration in April, which is mid fiscal year.

Solution: Request court to consider the salary adjustments submitted from departments.

Result: Positions adjusted to meet the discretionary steps allowed within their grade and/or positions that were pending to be re-evaluated.
