Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of one (1) 2022 Ford F-150 Police Responder 4x4 from Chastang Ford (BuyBoard #603-20) for a total amount of $44,778.00 for the Webb County Attorney’s Office pursuant to Sections 271.101 and 271.102 of the Texas Local Government Code, Cooperative Purchasing program; and any other matters incident thereto [Grant Account #2468-2270-001-470000 Capital Outlay/OPSG ($43,000.00) & Account #2172-2270-001-470000 Capital Outlay Forfeiture Account ($1,778.00)]

Issue: Vehicle was awarded to County Attorney’s Office by OPSG Grant & approved by Commissioners Court.

Solution: Authorize the purchase utilizing cooperative pricing through The Inter-local Purchasing System.

Result: Order the grant funded vehicle for the County Attorney’s Office for law enforcement purposes.
