Discussion and possible action to enter into an Advance Funding Agreement for Bridge Replacement or Rehabilitation Off the State System (CSJ #0922-33-190) with the Texas Department of Transportation for the bridge located at Martinena Rd. at Dolores Creek (NBI Structure #222400AA1026003) at a cost to the County of TWELVE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($12,955.00) and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [*Fiscal Note: This project is to be a participation waived project and the funding will be covered by guardrail replacement on the bridge on Mangana Hein Rd. at Dolores Creek to be performed by force labor with materials on hand in lieu a cash contribution by the County]

Background:

TxDOT will repair or replace the bridge located at Martinena Rd. at Dolores Creek and the County's contribution of $12,995.00 will be waived so that the County can utilize the funds or equivalent labor and material to repair the guardrails on the Mangana Hein road bridge.
