Discussion and possible action to authorize Webb County as agent on behalf of the State of Texas to enter into an Oil and Gas Mineral Lease with Tilden Capital Operating, LLC., for a three year (3yr.) primary term effective May 1, 2022 with a bonus fee of $7,500.00 divided equally between Webb County as the Surface Owner and the State of Texas as the Mineral Estate Owner with a one-fourth (1/4) royalty interests upon a Texas mineral classified tract of land, situated in Webb County, Texas and being Tract C-14A, Los Botines Subdivision, R.M. Adams Survey, 744, Abstract 2692, as per plat recorded in Vol. 2, Page 212, Webb County Plat Records, containing approximately 10.00 acres more or less; and authorizing the Webb County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto.
