Discussion and possible action to adopt an Order creating and establishing the Legacy Water Control and Improvement District, on the terms and provisions of Article 16, Section 59, Constitution of Texas for the purposes enumerated thereunder, on approximately 11,306.376 acres of land located north and south of SH 255 at its intersection with IH35 and southeast of the intersection of SH 255 and IH 35and any matters incident thereto.

Background:

After Public hearing the Commissioners Court may create the Legacy Water Control and Improvement District.
