Discussion and possible action to release an Irrevocable Letter of Credit ($350,000.00) in favor of Webb County from Bay Wa R.E. Development LLC as all required County Planning Department permits and FEMA Letter of Map Revisions have been completed as required by the Development Agreement approved by the Court on May 26, 2020 between Webb County and Bay Wa Development LLC; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. [Requested by Planning Department]

Background:

Bay Wa R.E. Development LLC was required to submit an irrevocable letter of credit in favor of Webb County to insure the satisfactory completion of permit requirements and FEMA Map Revisions.
