Discussion and possible action to authorize the Purchasing Agent to secure competitive proposals from cooperative vendors for the furnishing of the Webb County Sheriff’s Building located at 1002 Farragut Street (Former HEB Building) pursuant to the Texas Local Government Code; Sections 271.101, 271.102, Sub-Chapter F. Co-operative Purchasing Programs and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Renovations for this location are currently in progress and substantial completion is earmarked for November 2022.

Solution: Secure competitive proposals from cooperative vendors for the Courts consideration.

Results: Establish a budget based on proposals and consider selecting best value proposal.
