Discussion and possible action to approve the 2022-2023 Third Party Funding Application, set submission dates and deadlines for Third Party funding; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: Third Party Applications must be submitted with ample time in order to review and approve/deny funding and prepare for the next fiscal year’s budget.

Solution: Set date (s) to solicit Third Party Funding Applications in order to have enough time to review and approve/deny funding and prepare for next fiscal year’s budget. Economic Development is proposing to set July 8, 2022 as the deadline for applications.

Result: Webb County shall provide Third Party Funding eligible organizations that provide a purpose in the community.
