Issue: The Webb County Jail requires a phone system to provide means of communication for the incarcerated. The agreement currently in place will expire at the end of July 2022.

Solution: Consider awarding to highest-ranking proposer.

Result: Continue providing telephone and related services to Webb County Jail - inmates.
