Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order No. 1 to Summit Building & Design for the Webb County Sheriff's Office Building Renovation Project (1002 Farragut Street) in the amount of $1,303,295.00; and have the County Judge sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Accounts #3867-7230-001-474501-002 (Construction In Progress-Finish Out/Remodeling) and #3905-7230-001-474501 (Construction In Progress-Finish Out/Remodeling)]

Issue: Additional changes have been requested for the Webb County Sheriff's Office Building Renovation Project; complete new fire alarm system for the 2nd and 3rd floors as requested by the City of Laredo, surveillance system upgrade from coaxial high def cable to IP cameras and other as per attached Project Architect's list.

Solution: Approval of change order for new proposed changes.

Result: Continue with project modifications.
