Discussion and possible action to enter into a Software Services Agreement between Guard1 and Webb County. These services will integrate the Gaurd1 Jail Software at the Webb County Jail into the Tyler Software that is part of the County Odyssey system for a total cost of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Dollars ($2,995.00) and authorizing the County Judge to execute any and all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
