Discussion and possible action to authorize the release of the following ten percent (10%) retainage payment(s) to Clayton Homes for three (3) manufactured homes purchased under the Self-Help Center Grant Program and authorize the County Judge to sign any relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. Total retainage amount for three (3) manufactured homes is $29,260.50.

Issue: Commissioners Court approval is required in order to release the final retainage payment(s).

Solution: Place Agenda Item in order to obtain Commissioners Court approval to authorize this payment.

Result: Clayton Homes will receive payment for services rendered.

Background:

Reconstruction work for these homes has been completed and the final inspections have been conducted. These homes were assisted under the Self-Help Center Housing Reconstruction Program, Grant Contract # 7220013.
