Discussion and possible action to enter into a one year (September 12, 2022 through September 11, 2023) “Local Partnership Agreement” between The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (“NCMEC”) and the Texas (Trafficking) Emergency Network Diversion (TEND) Court Program overseen by Judge Selina Mireles wherein NCMEC will provide, at no cost to Webb County, “NetSmartz and KidSmartz facilitator training (one day) to a person designated by the TEND Court Program which will allow said person to provide school and community based presentations involving Missing and Exploited Children and authorizing the County Judge to execute all relevant documents.
