Issue: Allocated funds were exhausted as of August 31, 2022. There are currently no funds in the account to cover the fuel and lubricants expenses which will be incurred during the remainder of the fiscal year.

Solution: Approval of line item transfer by the Commissioners Court.

Result: There will be sufficient funds in the account to cover expenses during the remainder of the fiscal year.
