Discussion and possible action to award Request for Qualifications (RFQ) 2022-006 Three (3) Year Contract for Dental Services to Asclepius Dental Center P.L.L.C. for services to include but not limited to dental consultations, x-rays and any dental related services required by a licensed Dentist for the Webb County Jail, Juvenile Detention Center and Head Start Programs and to further authorize the Civil Legal Division to negotiate the terms and conditions, fees and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: The above-mentioned contract is set to expire on September 30, 2022. Formal Request for Qualifications were published.

Solution: Consider awarding professional services to sole proposer Asclepius Dental Center P.L.L.C.

Result: If approved by Commissioners Court, professional services agreement(s) will be effective October 1, 2022. Subject to Court approval on final terms and conditions and applicable fees for professional service agreement.
