Discussion and possible action to rescind the prior award of American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 Non-Governmental Organizations ARPA Sub-Award fund in the amount of Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) to Texas A&M University Colonia; and authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.

Issue: The Texas A&M University Colonias declined the sub-award of $200,000 under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.

Solution: Rescind the funds awarded to the Texas A&M University Colonias.

Result: Awarded funds to Texas A&M University Colonia will be returned to Webb County.
