Discussion and possible action to amend the previously adopted Webb County Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Budget approved on September 12, 2022, to reflect certain required budgetary changes for the following county departments: [Requested by Budget Office] Discussion and possible action to appoint new Planning Director, effective October 3, 2022, with consideration and approval of proposed budgetary changes within department; and any other matters incident thereto. Said changes will not increase the overall bottom line of the total adopted budget. [Requested by Planning] Discussion and possible action to finalize the proposed law enforcement personnel budgetary changes approved at budget adoption on September 12, 2022 to include the following transfer of Slots from Constable Pct. 1 office to Constables Pct. 2 & 3: Constable Pct. 2 Slot 581 Slot 2466 Constable Pct. 3 Slot 2372 Slot 2375 Slot 2698 Slot 2699 With additional action to include the transfer of any and all necessary equipment, such as patrol units, personal hand held radios, assigned uniforms, weapons (handguns, long/short rifles) and ballistic vests and duty belt. Budgetary operational line items for this transfer of funding and equipment will be adjusted as well, and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Budget Office]
