Discussion and possible action to enter into a 8 month (September 1, 2022 through May 30, 2023) service agreement between Webb County and Recovery Monitoring Solutions Corporation dba Recovery HealthCare corporation ("Recovery") for the Veteran Treatment Program and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign all relevant documents and any other matters incident thereto. [Requested by Webb County Commissioners Court, for the Veterans Treatment Program; Account #2351-2030-001-432001 (VTP Professional Services)]

Issue: Services provide tracking and drug monitoring devices that document the compliance of each participant in the program.

Solution: Authorize the payment for the services being utilized to meet grant requirements.

Result: By obtaining the services the County will have the necessary services to satisfy key component of grant requirements.
