Discussion and possible action to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Webb County Early Child Headstart Care Partnership (EHS-CCP) and United Independent School District for the Early Head Start Emergency Campus Relocation Program. This MOU establishes the terms and conditions under which U.I.S.D. will provide for emergency campus relocation program for the (EHS-CCP). The term of this agreement shall be for a period of one (1) scholastic calendar years beginning with on September 1, 2022 thru August 31, 2023, and automatically renewed on an annual basis unless canceled by either party, and any other matters incident thereto, and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents, and any other matters incident thereto.
