Issue: Commissioners Court authorized ARPA Project No. 2 Construction of a new fire station. Prior to construction, architectural services are required to prepare design, plans and specs and construction documents for Court approval. Eight (8) firms submitted formal statement of qualifications for the requested professional services.

Solution: All firms were evaluated and scored accordingly. Consideration to accept the rankings and award to highest-ranking respondent.

Result: If approved, a professional services agreement will be negotiated and return to Commissioners Court for their approval on fees and corresponding terms and conditions for final execution.
