Discussion and possible action to approve a one year Software-Hardware License Technical & Maintenance Support Agreement for the Commissioner’s Court EASE “Swagit” Video Streaming w/Agenda Quick Broadcast System between Destiny Plus, Inc., and Webb County, for their Public Information Office. The agreement shall be from November 1, 2022 thru October 31, 2023. The total cost to renew the annual maintenance agreement shall be Twelve Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($12,800.00) and authorizing the Webb County Judge to sign and execute all relevant documents; and any other matters incident thereto.
