Discussion and possible action to enter into a Master Contract for Geotechnical Services with each of the following firms: Howland Engineering and Surveying Co., Raba Kistner, Inc and Terracon Consultants, Inc. to selected on an "as needed" rotation basis for various County projects, each project will be covered by a separate work authorization and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents.
