Discussion and possible action to approve the purchase of three (3) Bennett 3000 Series Dual Sided Fuel Dispensers to include installation from C-Store Technologies, Inc. for a total not to exceed $36,892.00 and to further authorize the transfer of funds from the General Fund Operational Reserve Account #1001-1130-001-431007-010 to the General Fund/Vehicle Maintenance Capital Outlay Account #1001-1120-001-470000 and any other matters incident thereto. Issue: Road and Bridge Department/Motor Pool is recommending upgrading the existing three (3) dual sided fuel dispensers for diesel and unleaded fuel that are over ten (10) years old.

Solution: Consideration to approve the purchase of new dual sided fuel dispensers for Motor Pool division. Three (3) informal quotes were submitted. C-Store Technologies provided the low bid and compatibility to fuel dispensing software (Mega-Tronics).

Result: If approved, the dispensers will be ordered after transfer of funds is initiated.
