(“Consultant”) wherein Consultant will be providing material testing for the Welch Road Culvert Improvement Project in an amount not to exceed FIVE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED AND FIVE DOLLARS ($3,305.00) and any other matters incident thereto; authorizing the County Judge to sign all relevant documents. Background:

Material testing is needed during the construction to insure material meet specifications.
